QRCodes.ink provides QR code generation services, including static QR codes (free) and dynamic QR codes with analytics (paid plans). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create QR codes that link to malicious, illegal, or harmful content
- Distribute malware, phishing attempts, or fraudulent content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Engage in spamming or unsolicited advertising
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
5. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QRCodes.ink and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
QRCodes.ink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
